Terms and Conditions of Sale (Please thoroughly review these terms and conditions)
- All sales are subject to the terms and conditions defined in this agreement. This contract is governed by and subject to Oklahoma State law. All payments, penalties, or refunds, are transacted in U.S. Dollars at the rate current at the time of the transaction.
- Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC is simply an intermediary between the Suppliers and the public.
Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC do not own or operate any, hotels, shore excursions, transportation providers, airlines, travel protection companies, attractions, or other travel-related Suppliers who provide
goods or services for the Passenger(s)’ trip. Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to Passenger(s) or group members as a result of a breach of contract, act or omission whether willful or negligent, criminal or otherwise of any
person other than Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC or its direct employees, including but not limited to these Suppliers, their employees, agents, servants, or representatives.
- Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC recommend that all Passengers be in good physical and mental health and have medical approval to travel.
- Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC require payment in full to reserve your accommodations plus full payment of any insurance premium (if applicable). Late bookings will incur additional costs for updating and confirming your hotel accommodations.
- If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before your check-in date, the cancellation fee will be $300/per person. If you cancel your reservation at least 59 and 45 days from the check-in date, there will be a two-night penalty charge. If you cancel 44 to 1 day from the check-in date, it will be considered a no-show and there is no refund.
- If you arrive late- the penalty will be the number of nights missed.
- If you change the names of those in your party- there will be no penalty. Email lisaz@impressionproductionsllc.com with those changes.
- If you extend your stay there will be no penalty. You will pay the current rate.
- If you leave early- the penalty will be the number of nights missed.
- YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR TRAVEL. IF YOU ARE DENIED BOARDING AND DO NOT TRAVEL AS SCHEDULED NORMAL CANCELATION PENALTIES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY.
- For Canadian and US citizens: Proof of citizenship is required in the form of a valid passport. PASSPORT IS REQUIRED
- Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC reserve the right to re-invoice you in case of an error made in computing prices. All prices and features described on our website, social media, emails, and print advertisement are subject to change without notice.
- In the unlikely event that a major change involving the resort accommodations becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as we can. If you find the revised arrangements we offer are unacceptable, you will have the option of cancellation without penalty (all monies paid will be refunded -except for a $100 booking fee- as full vacation certificates that are good for one year from the original travel date). In the event of a change, we will try to substitute comparable services, but in the event of complete cancellation by us, our only liability will be to refund all monies paid as full vacation certificates good for one year from the original travel date.
- Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC are not responsible for any scheduled airline changes, cancellations, additional fees, or non-refundable tickets.
- If you choose to purchase travel insurance- Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC are not responsible for any premiums or fees.
- Any refunds due to you will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of the written cancellation notice.
- Without limitation, Passenger(s) assume the risk of and agree that Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC is not liable for any damages arising from or related to any act of God or public enemies, arrest, restraints of any government or rulers of people, piracy, war, revolution, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political upheaval, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, collision, weather conditions, dangers incident to the sea, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or supplier logistical problems, computer problems stranding, food or water poisoning, illness, grounding, perils of the sea, rivers, canals, locks or other waters, perils of navigation of any kind, theft, accident to or from machinery, boilers, or latent defects even though existing at the commencement of the trip, desertion or revolt of the AMR Staff, or lost/damaged/delayed luggage.
- Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC have made arrangements with World of Hyatt Resorts and other independent vendors to provide you with excellent service. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf and Spa Resort. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these vendors over whom we do not have control. If you have a dispute with these vendors, Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC will provide you with as much help as possible to resolve your issue.
- Wheelchair-accessible rooms may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from emotional or physical injury.
- We are not responsible for any personal property damages.
- You are responsible for your airfare to the Dominican Republic. This will be purchased by you for an additional cost. Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC are not responsible for any consequential damages or monetary losses due to flight delays, currency conversion rates, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that you consult the Terms and Conditions prior to making each and every booking, particularly in order to ensure what provisions are in operation in case they have changed since the last time an order was placed by you. The failure of Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC to act concerning a breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, or others, does not waive its right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches. Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC do not guarantee they will take action against all breaches of this these Terms and Conditions.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Before the trip:
- Please make sure you and your travel companions have a valid PASSPORT.
- You are responsible for your airfare to Mexico. Impression Productions LLC and Sunshine Travel Vacations LLC are not responsible for any consequential damages or monetary losses due to flight delays, currency conversion rates, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Please email Lisa at lisaz@impressionproductionsllc.com your flight information, so we can check that you arrived safely.
- The hotel has Wi-Fi, If you want internet while outside the hotel, be sure to secure services with your mobile provider.

Throughout the week there will be less formal meetings that you will have the option to attend.
Traveling from the United States to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, typically involves a few steps:
- Passport and Visa Requirements: Ensure you have a valid passport. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourist stays of up to 30 days in the Dominican Republic.
- Flight: The primary way to get to Punta Cana from the United States is by flying. There are direct flights available from several major U.S. cities to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Airlines such as American Airlines, Delta, JetBlue, and United offer regular flights to Punta Cana.
- COVID-19 Protocols: Given the ongoing pandemic, check for any travel restrictions, requirements, or health protocols related to COVID-19. This might include testing requirements, quarantine regulations, or other measures.
- Transportation: Arrange transportation from the airport to your accommodation. Many resorts offer shuttle services, or you can arrange for a taxi or private transfer.
- Travel Insurance: Consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or emergencies during your trip.
- Currency: The official currency of the Dominican Republic is the Dominican Peso (DOP). However, U.S. dollars are widely accepted in tourist areas. It's a good idea to have some local currency on hand for smaller purchases.
- Safety Precautions: Like any travel destination, it's essential to be aware of your surroundings and take necessary safety precautions. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, be cautious of your belongings, and stay informed about any local safety advisories.
- Enjoy Your Trip!: Once you've taken care of the logistics, relax and enjoy your time in Punta Cana. It's a beautiful destination known for its stunning beaches, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality.
While at the Resort:
Dress Code:
Casual- Bermudas (long shorts or Capri pants), sneakers/tennis shoes, and sandals. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men.
Casual Elegance- Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves, or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants are required for men.
Beach Casual- Swim trunks, bathing suits, and flip-flops are accepted.
Formal- Men: long pants and collared shirts; dress shoes. Women: blouses, skirts, slacks or dresses; dress shoes.
Daytime Casual- Bathing suit cover-ups or shorts and tops and sandals required.
Pool Casual- Bathing suits allowed. Cover-ups and sandals (or flip-flops) are preferred.
Money
- You will not need to carry much cash. We recommend $200 in small bills. The tips are included and you can pay for extras using your credit card.
- You can purchase excursions online before you go or at the resort using a credit card.
